On Friday December 4, 2020 the WCHS Jaguars went to head to head with the J.F. Shields Panthers in the WCHS gym in Camden.
The Junior Varsity coached by Antonio Bonham, Lakisha Poe, and Eric Carson defeated the team with a final score of 39-20. The top three scorers for the team were John Agee Jr. (Sophomore) with 13 points; Steven Nickelson (Sophomore) with 5 points; and LaMarcus Agee (Freshman) with 5 points.
The girls coached by Robert Rucker and Calvin Finch defeated the team with a final score of 52-49. The top three scorers were Elbony Shears (Freshman) with 27 points; Brianna Miller (Sophomore) with 18 points;
Linda Moton (Senior) with 4 points.
The Varsity team coached by Kelvin Lett and Antonio Bonham fell short of 5 points with a final score of 55-49. The top three scorers for the team were Carlos Williams Jr. (Senior) with 17 points; Keith Posey (Senior) with 14 points; and Antryaun Anderson (Senior) with 6 points.
On Thursday December 10, 2020, the Jaguars will face Central Hayneville in the WCHS gym. On Friday December 11, 2020 the team will travel to take on the Southside Panthers in Selma.
