The Alabama College Application Campaign is excited that your high school is hosting an Alabama College Application Campaign Week event! Alabama College Application Campaign goal is to increase the number of first-generation and low-income students who pursue a postsecondary education by assisting high school seniors with the college admissions process and ensuring that each participating student submits at least one admissions application to college. ALCAC encourages all high school students to apply to college early in their senior year.
Alabama College Application Week is October 19-23.
If you wish to apply to colleges before then, please be aware that most schools require an application fee. If you have taken the ACT and/or SAT then you are allowed up to four application fee waivers. Some schools do not accept application fee waivers. For example, Troy University does not accept application fee waivers. If you want to apply to Troy, please wait and apply during the week of October 19-23.
